電車でのアクセスは、JR札幌駅からサッポロビール庭園駅まで約40分。下車後、徒歩約10分です。
※「サッポロビール博物館（札幌市）」とは別施設です。

◆予約について
  • ・工場の製造ラインは稼働していない日もございます。
  • ・WEBサイトでの予約受付は、ご希望日の4週間前の午前8時より前日15時まで受付しております。空席状況はWEBサイト上に表示されますので、お客様ご自身でご確認ください。
    ＜例＞
    　2024年7月14日(日)のツアーを予約したい場合
    　2024年6月16日(日)午前8時より受付開始します。
  • ・電話での予約受付は、ご希望日の4週間前より承っております。
  • ・20歳未満の方のみでのご参加はできません。必ず20歳以上の方とのご同伴をお願いします。
  • ・多くのお客様に見学に参加していただくため、同一のお客様による複数回のご予約はご遠慮いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
  • ・すべて日本語のツアーガイドとなります。
◆事前連絡のお願いについて
下記のお客様は、事前にご確認・ご連絡させていただきたいことがございますので、お電話にてお問合せください。
  • ・11名様以上の団体のお客様
  • ・車椅子・ベビーカーをご利用のお客様
  • ・介助が必要なお客様（介助者のご同伴をお願いいたします）
  • ・デイサービス、養護老人ホーム等各種福祉施設のお客様
  • ※ご予約の際にお伺いする項目：見学希望日、お名前、人数、ご連絡先、住所（都道府県）、年齢、交通手段など
◆キャンセルについて
  • ・【開催日の前日15時まで】こちらのページよりお手続きください。※キャンセルにはご予約完了メールに記載された「予約番号」と「確認コード」が必要です。
  • ・【開催日の前日15時以降】ご予約の施設までお電話にてご連絡ください。
    キャンセルのご連絡無く当日お越しになられない場合は、次回以降のお申込みをお断りさせていただくことがございます。
    1人でも多くの方にご参加いただけるよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。
◆その他ご確認事項
  • ・お車・自転車を運転の方、20歳未満の方（※1）、妊娠中や授乳期の方は、ビールなどの酒類をご試飲できません。
    ※1=年齢確認をする場合がありますので身分証明書をお持ちください。
  • ・介助が必要なお客様は介助者のご同伴をお願いいたします。
  • ・ペット同伴はご遠慮いただいております。（補助犬を除く）
  • ・荒天時や自然災害時など、やむを得ず休業させていただく場合があります。

Sapporo Beer Hokkaido Brewery“Sapporo Classic ☆40th anniversary Tour“

This is a reservation page for Hokkaido Brewery“Sapporo Classic ☆40th anniversary Tour”,SAPPORO Breweries in Eniwa City.
To get to Hokkaido Brewery, SAPPORO Breweries, it takes about 40 minutes from JR Sapporo Station to Sapporo Beer Teien Station.
It is about 10-minute walk from Sapporo Beer Teien station.
*This facility is different from Sapporo Beer Museum in Sapporo City.

◆For reservation
  • ・Note that the production line may not be operational on some days.
  • ・Reservations can be made on the website from 8:00 a.m. 4 weeks prior to your desired date until 3:00 p.m. the day before.
    Availability will be displayed on the website, so please check the availability by yourself.
  • ＜Example＞
    　If you want to book a tour for Sunday, July 14, 2024,
    　Registration will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
  • ・Telephone bookings are also available starting 4weeks prior to the desired date.
  • ・Persons under twenty years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged twenty or older.
  • ・In order to ensure that as many guests as possible can participate in the tour, please refrain from making multiple reservations by the same guest.
  • ・Guided tour is conducted entirely in Japanese.
◆Request for Prior Contact
  • If any of the below people are in your party, please contact us by telephone when booking, as we must confirm some details with you.
  • ・Parties of 11 or more
  • ・Those using wheelchairs or baby carriages
  • ・Those requiring physical assistance (you will be required to bring an aide)
  • ・Customers of various welfare facilities such as day services, nursing home
  • *Questions you will be asked when booking: desired date of tour, name, number of people in party, contact address, home address (prefecture, etc.), age, transit method, etc.
◆How to cancel
  • 【Until 3pm the day before the event】Please proceed from this the confirmation page.
    You can find your "Booking number(予約番号)" and "Confirmation Code(確認コード)" in the booking confirmation e-mail you received.
  • 【After 3pm the day before the event】Please contact the facility by telephone.
    *Note that if you do not appear without cancellation, we reserve the right to refuse your future booking of the tour.
◆Notes
  • ・Visitors who drive cars or bicycles, are under 20 years old (*1), or are pregnant or lactating may not sample beer or other alcoholic beverages.
  • *1= Please bring your ID as you may be asked to confirm your age.
  • ・If you require assistance, please bring a caregiver with you.
  • ・Please note that guests are not permitted to bring pets. (Excludes helper dogs)
  • ・We may be closed in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
